Shipping policy

I am located in Centurion, Gauteng and ship country wide using The Courier Guy. Shipping can take 2-5 working days depending on area.

All scrunchies, hair bows and accessories are handmade to order which is why turn around time is generally 2-5 working days.

Please check shop banner for the most accurate TAT as sometimes due to order demand it may be changed to 5-7 working days.

Please note

- So Whimsical is not responsible for delays, damaged or lost mail.

- Please ensure address is correct upon checkout. Please contact me as soon as possible if you wish to change your address. Unfortunately if the item/s are already shipped I will not be able to change the address.

- SOMETIMES orders include free products.

- Shipping estimates are from time of shipment, not when order has been placed .

- Business days do not include public holidays or weekends.
